 The moonbase enjoy the soundtrack of this adventure a lot in my mp 3 player to relax  with the macra  of terror from  1967 lost doctor who classics they also follow together these are the two versions  I  have

 One the  best lost  doctor who stories  make you wish the full story existed  after you hear the audio book . like lot target  who books they put more then you can see onscreen  from the pictures of the comediennes  come across  the scariest lost doctor monsters   of lost  doctor who which  played  with every day things to make them scary  for the reader  as TERRANCE DICKS  amazing  job translate it the page  feel the pictures  come to alive also understand plot  also rare change  ware second   doctor  try use peace  talks  rather then  blow up there ship  as he knows it is right thing to as they are dying   race even  some  of the  of the aliens  choice   wrong  way  about things

 World  of  doctor  who not new to BBC RADIO rare get the feel part the television  version with  hints of events before with seven  great stories  that sound better then  TV version .  
My top  must  asylum  that  has alien  twist  of modern  topic and  not all aliens want take over world there some want safe place to stay  , may  not like way  TV  show went in later series but like the way BBC RADIO  did real  great  job with the audio adventures

Jenny the doctor,s daughter the spin off that every who fan wanted see her own  tv show  but least she got her own audio adventures and done great job carry on with events after doctor who adventure and  room recreate something  new and fresh make you want more next time

THE HIGHLANDERS

                                            This is the  first story to  feature Jamie  before he joined the TARDIS crew and takes place  after the  place after the power of the DALEKS ware doctor had just changed  his face  at end of tenth planet , the two companions in this adventure are Ben Jackson  and Polly from 1966 whare they first encounter the DOCTOR  in adventure called the war machines . THE HIGHLANDERS one the lost stories of doctor who that was wiped by the BBC or junked in 1970,s only thing i have what story is about is the target book by Gerry Davis that was first published in hardback by W.H ALIEN on 16th August 1984 , GERRY DAVIS  great writer  who understands  writing  for charterers  just like MALCOLM  HULKE to get them off the page , Polly  really comes out amazing  to work things out but dont help from Ben Jackson  taking digs at Polly as his  very lucky am not there to give him a talking too  as the  doctor  give people  gentle push   to be more they are .THE HIGHLANDERS  is  A great audio book well  told history setting that shows landing past  can be dangerous  place  to be and use your wits and imagine  in my mind see the DOCTOR use his acting skills to get out of things  that brings some funny moments to the adventure.   Anneke wills  really brings life to the book , she would be good at doing documentary  voice work  or other audio books, a highly recommend this audio who book     .  rating: 10/10

RELAX WITH WHO

Not bad in audio as you can still pick up whats happening  from theses lost adventures but some second doctor stories going to be harder to follow then first doctor but theses two work well nice and light to get in to if you not well but need something to hear with eyes shut make you better

Here nice light audio book to get in to for  a car journey nicely read  by David  Tennant who has that book voice like tom baker what you want  to grab in good book if you get  the right voice , love new take on treasure island also love the twist .

LOST ADVENTURES OF THE SECOND DOCTOR

This short series really catch  the second Doctor well that brings him back alive  from lost mist of time like never been away like lost friend ask you to join him new adventures and helps people in danger in his way not  been pushed to do so . Very well written with great thought the story lines to give surprises to the outcome for listener , make you come back enjoy them also catch links to past adventures of season 5 the top seasons of 1960,s DOCTOR    WHO that had top monsters The Ice Warriors  , The Daleks , The Cybermen , . Christopher Thomson  really catch the voice and spirt of the second Doctor well even when lot of DOCTOR WHO was wiped  lost forever , am amazed by finds WEB OF FEAR , THE ENEMY OF THE WORLD .

WHISPERS OF TERROR REVIEW

This audio Who really catches the 6TH Doctor of his manner from telvison series Doctor Who from 1985 like never been away from are screens . Enjoyable adventure of ghost mystery murder  restress dater spirt in museum  of data sound active . ware DOCTOR and PERI find themselves in trouble  and have to solve the mystery before they face the music .
Clever story with great characters with good pace story  a favourite of mine with dark end .

Spare Parts comes across very chilly future of we know whats to come ware The Doctor knows this planet is and why he wants to live as this time of beginning  of events of THE CYBERMEN that will link to events to come in THE TENTH PLANET which is first see Doctor Who adventure fix moment in time ware the doctor has wait for Mondas  feed the energy from earth blow up as he knows its part of history .
Kit Pedler and Gerry Davis created best human alien monsters all time by showing us we could be them a warring of the future  .
The plots both stories stand up well and good characters very enjoyable  the animation  for episode 4 of the tenth planet brings back lost doctor who that was lost and wiped in 1970s also has VHS version  on DVD worth look .
